How Do I Place An
Order?
When you click an Order link, you will be taken
to our Health Form and there you will answer an
online questionnaire to provide information
relevant to your medical condition. Once you complete the questionnaire , you will be forwarded to our
Secure Pages for your payment information. In
the end, you will see a confirmation page to
review your payment information. At this point,
you will submit your order for reviewing by our
physicians and pharmacists to verify if the
order is suitable for processing. Your credit
card will only be charged once the order is
shipped. We will notify you if your order is
unsuccessful and your credit card will not be
charged. |
What Happens Once I
Submit My Order?
A licensed physician will review the information
you have submitted on the questionnaire and either approve or decline your
request.
If approved, the physician will send your order
to the pharmacy where it will be filled and
shipped to you via one of the courier companies.
Your prescription should include information
explaining the usage, dose, and precautionary
information for your medication. You will also
receive contact information for the pharmacist
in case you have any questions after you receive
your medication.
After placing your order you will be able to
track it's process in real-time by logging into
the help desk. When your order ships, the
courier tracking number, if available, will be
e-mailed to you so you may track its progress
through the courier company system. |

Policies?

Consultation Work?
Online consultations are a new concept in health

patient receives a traditional physical exam by
the physician and together with an online
questionnaire and additional communication with
the online physician using our secure online
communication tool, orders prescription
medication over the internet. Although online
consultations will never take the place of
traditional medicine, they do provide a means
for patients to receive additional treatment for
a limited number of conditions. We do not charge
for online consultation and prescription review. |

your prescription. Our pharmacies are licensed
to ship medication to all countries in the world

pharmaceutical care. All medication is obtained
from legitimate pharmaceutical wholesalers, so
you can be rest assured you are receiving the
same medication as you would at your
neighborhood pharmacy. |
What Prescription
Medications Do You Dispense?
We only offer medications that can be prescribed
from your rational licensed physician, therefore
we carry a very limited number of medications.
No legitimate online medical company will ever
offer narcotics or addictive medications via the
Internet. A thorough review of your medical
history is additional to the provision of your
uploaded prescription. |
What Are Your Shipping
Rates And Policies?
Once
the pharmacy has received your prescription, it
will be filled and shipped by DHL or registered
mail. Normal delivery time is 5 business days.
From time to time there are special shipping
offers. At present they are as follows: We will
notify you if there is a problem with your order
and you will receive a confirmation email when
the pharmacy ships your medication. We are
unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes with DHL. We must have an adult signature
at time of delivery. Orders with P.O. Box as an
address will be shipped with USPS. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your
order before your order is shipped by sending us
an e-mail message. We can not accept order
cancellation once the order is shipped. We do
not process prescription orders on the weekend.
If you place an order after 4:00 p.m. Eastern
Standard Time on Friday, the order will be sent
to the pharmacy and shipped on Monday. |
Can I Return My
Medication For A Refund?
We are unable to accept returned prescription
medications due to Federal Law. |
